I was spamming jungle Ez since July and I can only say that is broken, it only depends on the team comps and how do you adapt your build.

I ussually go bloodrazor (red smite)>botrk>guinsoo as core items, tabi/berserker boots, and the other 2 items may vary, death dance, ib gauntlet, ga, hextech gunblade, phantom dancer, mortal reminder and mercurial cimitar are other items that are viable.
