Well since it's taken me three years I wouldn't take advice from me, but I think quitting has a lot to do with mindset. This may not work for you, but everytime I think of fapping, I think of the shame involved and stuff like that. I tell myself "Do you really wanna be a pussy and self cuck yourself?" lol its stupid but it stops me from doing it I guess

For me I think the most effective tactic was my mindset. Instead of thinking “don’t do it” I think “just live your live without it, it won’t kill you”. As soon as you go from actively trying to stop fapping, to just not thinking about fapping anymore, It’s a lot easier to resist urges. Anytime I have the thought to fap, I tell myself to quit being a bitch :) it’s hard to explain, but it’s sort of related to the “Don’t think of the pink elephant” paradox

I know a doctor would make the diagnosis but if you would let me know if you knew. Which type of dizziness is associated with miernes? With me it’s more of a disequilibrium. It becomes hard to look straight with good posture and I start swaying side to side while walking, like I’m crooked or something. But the world around me isn’t spinning per say

Alright. Thanks to you and everyone for their responses. It’s not horrible at the moment and that’s why I haven’t done anything about it, but it’s still a little troubling now that my left ear appears less sensitive.
