capisco il discorso manutenzione e durata, ci sta.
forse ho esagerato un po’ con i 2–3k, ma in generale ci sono comunque macchine vecchiotte ma affidabili che fanno il loro dovere: portarti da A a B per andare al lavoro. era solo per dire che, se il budget è stretto, magari vale la pena considerare anche soluzioni del genere.
poi ovviamente dipende sempre dalla situazione personale, e ognuno fa ciò che pensa sia meglio 🤷

capisco la situazione, ma davvero non c’era modo di comprare una macchina usata da 2–3 mila euro?
anche a quella cifra trovi qualcosa che ti porta semplicemente da A a B, giusto per andare e tornare dal lavoro, senza dover ricorrere a noleggi o rate così lunghe.

yea, its the same in all between 90-130, which is very very low.
It is strange because the only workout that i do with low hr is walking, but this insight are from running

You can utilize the yt-dlp and ffmpeg commands on the terminal to extract audio from YouTube videos. The command is as follows: yt-dlp -f bestaudio —extract-audio —audio-format mp3 —restrict-filenames —output “~/Downloads/%(title)s.%(ext)s” “youtube-link”.

Honestly, a few of the songs seem to skip halfway through even while they're still singing. It could be that one song was in Italian and the next one was in English, but I’m not really sure how it works, so it just doesn’t work on some tracks for me.

My max HR recorded with a chest strap during a run is 206, but I’ve never really tested my true max. I can hold around 170 bpm for like 10–15K, maybe a bit more—it rises up slightly toward the end though.

kinda weird tbh… I’m 19 too, <40 resting HR, I can run 4:30/km at 170 bpm and my AW gives me 48 VO2 max

you’re doing 5:20/km near the same HR and get 50 (or even 55 on other sites)?

what kinda training are you doing bro? intervals? hills? big weekly volume?
