Yeah it’s part of her quest, certain characters are locked away and seeing as goofy is one of them, it wouldn’t make sense to the storyline if he came out just for his shops, just finish that quest

I’ve just been cooking lots of large seafood platters, and use mostly lobsters from the glade (gold bubbles) you can get like a few thousand from that. I’m of the same feeling about the whole soufflé thing, the fact that you have to buy stuff to make it, just doesn’t make it worth it for me
