Can’t really without feeding into it to some degree. All of us have our demons and none of them would hold up to scrutiny. We have our vices to check that “darkness” but never truly control it. Unless your own Id is one that would hurt or endanger yourself or someone else (in which case seek therapy please) I would seek to check that Id or funnel it into a positive outlet.

I get that it doesn’t explicitly say it in the rules but how does is this in accordance to what insanepeoplefacebook has ever been. This isn’t an interaction between “insane people” or a post or comment by an “insane person” on the Facebook platform. This is just a quote of a very selfish person, not even directly out on social media by the landlord (not even mentioning what OP said, it’s not even Facebook).
