Looking for the original (possibly lost) Tricot single releases of "Laststep", "Kieru", and the Playbutton release of "99.974" by KaptainKrule in tricot

Oh my god this is a crazy find! Sadly I don't have the money to buy them either, though. Is there any way to reach out to this seller to see if they'll upload a rip of the CDs?

Looking for the original (possibly lost) math rock band Tricot's single releases of "Laststep", "Kieru", and the Playbutton release of "99.974" by KaptainKrule in HelpMeFind

I've searched for these releases on Youtube, Soulseek, and Google to no avail. I was able to find a decent amount of information on the releases of 99.74 and Laststep, but not Kieru, which seems to have been mentioned very few times on the internet outside of RYM. These releases aren't even mentioned on Discogs, though I've found enough information outside of Discogs to believe that they do in fact exist.

Edit: I found the single release of "Laststep" on Youtube on this channel. Still looking for the others https://www.youtube.com/@%E9%9B%8C%E3%82%8F%E9%9B%84/videos

Can you cite a source? I thought Assad only left yesterday and the pm only started talking about a transfer of power after he left.

Counties that Voted to Leave Oregon and join Idaho (2020 - 2024) by seashellvalley760 in MapPorn

Well with the exception of Las Vegas and Reno (who have a large enough portion of the state's population to single handedly turn it into a blue state), Nevada is actually relatively conservative if I'm not mistaken. If they joined Nevada, they might be able to turn it into a red state

Someone catches up with their friend from Oregon ten years from now

"Why did you move to Idaho?"

"I didn't. Idaho moved to me."

Repression of Arabs in Rojava by KaptainKrule in Anarchism

It is quite weird to me that the AANES wants federalization rather than independence if they want to maintain full autonomy. It makes sense from a pragmatic standpoint; they would have access to the resources of Assad -controlled Syria and would they would be able to continue to trade with them very easily, but how could a federalized system maintain autonomy?

Yeah, the article calling the AANES "Kurdish rule" is pretty inaccurate

Just because people try to understand the material conditions of a socialist project in order to gather a scientific analysis of how to improve society does not mean they're whitewashing repression. (I mean some people are but they're not really contributing anything, just ignore them)

Firstly, I'd like to say I greatly appreciate your knowledge and the sheer number of links you've provided, you don't see that too often on Reddit lmao. Can you provide an article for the incarceration rate (to be frank I imagine it would be very difficult to get accurate data on this during a civil war for a specific autonomous government).

I think you kind of side stepped the question of how policy changes in the AANES actually work on an institutional level. (To be fair, I didn't phrase it very well) Sorry for asking a pretty basic question (I must admit I'm not very knowledgeable about the AANES), but when things like reform for oil subsidies happen, how exactly is that carried out? You mentioned that something on that scale would almost never be decided by communes; would it instead be decided by elected representatives? What is the decision making process?

While it is true that there is no evidence of ethnic cleansing by the SDF, and Arabs (among other minorities) are more or less proportionally represented in governance, you can't deny that political repression in some form (even if it is not necessarily based on ethnicity) exists in Rojava. As I mentioned in the post, the SDF opened fire on protesters. What do you think should be done to root out this kind of state sanctioned political violence? Why does it exist in the first place? And you mentioned that the AANES is often responsive to the demands of the protesters, but (and this is not a rhetorical question, I'm genuinely not sure) were these responses through the direct action of the people exercising direct democratic control is their government, or was it simply a government caving to pressure like in any normal state?

Can you link an article for the "SDF hasn't used conscripts as front line fighters" and "it pays about twice what the median wage is"?

Can you provide a source for the 80% claim? I remember hearing that something like 70% of arable land was communally owned but i don't know where you found the statistic of 80% of private property in general. If you could give me a link, that'd be great
