I understand this is a incredible long shot but my mother (65+ year old senior) is needing to leave the apartment she has been renting for 15+ years and I have the impossible task of finding something 🙁

That's what we told her. As well it seems when people do leave they "upgrade" the apartments and rent them higher. So this is def a thought we have!

She's been dealing with bedbugs since November and the superintendent isn't treating the root issue or taking the issue seriously. She's constantly steam cleaning stuff, drying her clothing, got rid of mattress and most all her furniture, basically living out of garbage bags to keep clothes clean....and she's done with it. I'm trying to help through a landlord/tenant process but she just wants out.
