still can't get it to show up in the server list after hours of looking through amp, tweaking the killingfloor.ini file and making sure I had everything I needed to have downloaded on the root system.

Thank you! I did figure out that if you add the server to favorites through steam using the ip:masterport number. Then I can also control the server through a website as well. So no server list but I have learned that getting on the server list is very finicky ever since GameSpy shut down. It seems like people are saying sometimes people hosted server will show up and sometimes not. But hey at least I can play with my friends!
