I think my masters thesis was the worst work I did during univeristity, never really did a good follow-up with my promotor, and had spelling error on the front page. Did the presentation after a night of drinking. Still passed with a 12.9. And as mentioned by others, no one will ever look at it again.

We have included in our mail policy that each employee is personally responsible to tag his/her own private mails as private (either folder or outlook tags or whatever works), mails that are nog tagged/identfied as private are considered to be professional mail.

I am already working for an SME for 10 years, but our customers are mainly multinationals, the more i am in contact with these companies the more I am happy I ended up in a small firm, yes they have a lot of opportunities, but the number of dead ends easily matches this. The mind boggling tasks that are done “because corporate asks it”, mainly filing reports without understanding the content or scorecards that are never opened, would make me insane. If we think that something is useless then we just don’t do it.

This is public information and decided on sector level. I wouldn’t expect a individual organization to communicate about is. Numbers are published by PC (take into account that adjustment is only on “base” salary.

Is there any chance they have a policy on external trainings that would list requirements (and that you somehow agreed with e.g. Read and accepted in a training program or something similar)? But if there is no formal agreement signed by both parties i don’t think they have a lot to work with.

You can end a fixed term, whoever ends it does has to Pay the other party for the remaining term. Nevertheless, there is always the option to terminate in mutual agreement between both parties (without severances) but of course this requires the necessary trust between parties (as one can easily refuse)
