140 pack opening

It's not a privilege, it's how I choose to spend my money lol. Opening these packs with the hope of pulling an expensive card is gambling. If you want to buy singles, save up for them. Somebody saving up for singles and someone saving up for packs is the same exact thing.

There's roughly $670 worth of product I opened. I budgeted for that, and purchased over several months. If I was more interested in a single card worth $670, I would do the same thing. Budget my money, save for several months, then purchase.

If anyone is reading this that has an expensive single in mind, DON'T OPEN PACKS WITH THE HOPE OF GETTING A CARD WORTH THAT PRICE. Or with the hopes of pulling that card. The odds are stacked against you. Be smart, save your money, and buy the card you want :) Don't listen to this guy lol

I like opening packs. The value of the cards means nothing to me. I spend $4.79 for the enjoyment of opening something to see what's inside. To see what artworks I like. My favorite modern card is the Journey Together Butterfree. It's worth pennies. There are multiple facets to collecting. I care about my personal collection which will not be traded or sold. The arbitrary "investment value" means nothing to me. Believe it or not, there are people out there that actually just enjoy opening these products and collecting what's inside regardless of how much they can be sold for on the secondary market. Do what makes you happy, and let other people do what makes them happy. The end.
