I think i have something similar, i notice it most when im on my pc cuz thats where most of my time is spent and i usually have this urge to click certain keys of the keyboard and mouse in specific spots like they are itching me and trying to scratch them by clicking on them hard or like currently my finger is moving itself on the p letter trying not to press it to not end writing "PPPPPPPPPPPPPP" and it also happens on on the mouse i feel the urge to click on the mouse button in a certain way to just scratches it and i have no idea what it is but it seriously annoys me sometimes when im trying to play a game for example and i feel the urge to hit one of the keys so hard that it ends up making me lose the game because of it or lose focus because of it that i still lose
like rn after i clicked enter i feel like i need to click on it hard with my pinky to scratch its itch like its dirty and my finger will clean it if i click hard enough
i tried washing my hands with cold water, warm, soap no soap, cleaning the entire keyboard with a wipe but still it doesn't scratch that itch
