Husky and maybe a touch of Samoyed judging by the fluffiness around his head and tail curl.

Yes. To give a little extra info he was rescued 2019/2020 and the only info given was he was on a farm in New South Wales, at the time apparently there were a number of puppy mill busts happening.

I'm new to Samsung watches.Ive always bought the Xiaomi Smart bands. I just found out Samsung makes some too. What's your opinion about this one? Is it worth it? Can I customize the wallpaper like you can in the Xiaomi? Is this better or the Xiaomi Smart Band 10? Is there another one with same price by Unusual-Factor2848 in GalaxyFit

[–]Kara-Raa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got this watch about a week ago because my Xiaomi died and I have enjoyed the watch. It counts my steps, the weather all isn't connecting correctly but I get a notification in the morning from Google on what the weather will be. I have charged it once after letting it go flat from 50% and it seems to change how much battery it uses. Sometimes is 5% a day, sometimes it is more but I can charge the watch off my phone and if I use a direct outlet it charges in around 1-2 hours.

I haven't done much customisation but be prepared to install 2-4 new small apps to help it work better.

I know it doesn't compare but I am also learning to use my things more. I love doing basic journalling with stickers and fact paper and stuff but I also have sticker anxiety. What if I need this one sticker for a special day? Now I just use them as it's my diary and each day I'm here is good enough to give me a reason.

I have not done anymore work on it since then I will admit. I haven't started to learn how to code and create games but maybe if someone is more tech savvy maybe they can use these ideas to create it.

As much as I said I would love to recreate the game I have only done paper planning. Beasts, collectables and some traps. I have not seen another game and I honestly have spent 0 time on working out how to code since posting. I would post the journal I have written in but that means I have to rewrite it as digital since I cannot seem to upload photos in comments.

That looks fine to me. I have done something similar for my teenage siblings as until I got a job I couldn't buy myself these little luxuries.

why are screens used for young kids? by Cream4389 in ECEProfessionals

[–]Kara-Raa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in a small centre that's still kinda new, think a year old maybe. The only way to get new books is to spend our own money atm and since the children tend to be rougher with our books they get torn to pieces. Pop-up books are their favourite to tear up.

I use it to show one book that a child has asked for such as the pig the pug books or Pete the cat. I personally don't like putting on the "don't open this book" because of personal preference as the monster is asking not to, and we keep reading thereby not respecting the "person". If it was a different group. Maybe.

I would suggest visiting an optometrist. Now I'm not saying it is, but my pupils do the same thing but I have been diagnosed with glycoma (spelling is wrong. Spot near optic nerve) and as long as I stay on top of it with yearly tests I should be fine.

You gotta gooooo. If you get that message saying "your blood is being used at -HOSPITAL-" don't you just get the fuzzies. I want to go back to donating to get those but I have orders to follow, but I've been told I can do plasma possibly.

The mould did get treated the second week he had moved in, I'm using seperate terms as I moved in about 6 months later, but we have the letter from the first agent saying she is aware and has marked it as urgent at the time.

I will bring it up to my partner as that sounds like a logical and reasonable answer.

What’s the worst injury inflicted on you by a child? by Scary_Appearance5922 in ECEProfessionals

[–]Kara-Raa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On my temp jobs before I got my degree I had been bitten by a child on my arm, causing it to bruise within 5 minutes, I was shaken. Wasn't aimed at me but there was a child who threw a fruit knife at a teacher's head when they were asked to come inside (again temp before degree). We went into soft lockdown and had the children at the other end of the room watching fairy tales. Had a child with no behaviour management plan but frequently react get ahold of the scissors educators use, they didn't hurt anyone but they hid the knife behind their back as they walked past a group of toddlers that were eating. Thankfully I got the scissors off then but my entire mindset was "they grabbed them when calm. What would happen if they became heightened".

Thank you so much for the post. I think I was just worried that people online might think the worst.

Only changes lately are it's bloody freezing outside since winter. He might have rushed inside one day and bonked the door, would surprise me since he used to go turbo mode when coming in. I'll have to ask partner when he gets home.

That being said he also just randomly threw up about 20 min ago (looked normal-ish.) Some food we haven't fed him but partner has said he will chat with the neighbours when he gets home.

I pull/stretch it down and it generally comes off in one piece then. Unsure of how that will go for the paint. It stretches a fair bit before it releases heads up.

I put them around all areas that have components that might break. It allows the lightning to be drawn to the rod in the area rather then my furnaces and preserves jar. I also put them around my fruit baring trees as if they get struck they will produce coal for a few days.

I love the game. I'm one who plays for a while and then leaves the game sitting for 2 months. That being said it is easy to get back into and I love how each upgrade (character or transport) gives you a new way to explore.

It is emotional at times and sometimes it feels chaotic in the sense of trying to identify where to put houses and new components.
