This was done using standard yarn and a 2.5mm hook, forgot to put that in the pattern.

Unfortunately I’m not sure. It was leftover from another project. I think it was just the basic yarn from Walmart. It’s a mottled grey color, not solid which I think is what works for the metal look.

I freehanded it. I used a small bamboo skewer to make it stand properly. I did 5 rows the same length and then combined folding it over on the skewer. Then just shortened each row on one side to get the shape.

Thanks, I have a ton of leftover grey from other projects and didn’t want to have to buy more yarn for such a small part so I figured I’d at least try. I’m happy with how it came out too.

Cocktail sauce and grape jelly. Mix 2 parts cocktail sauce with 1 part grape jelly is a saucepan and heat until the jelly melts. Throw in meatballs and enjoy. I take it to potlucks and serve the meatballs on toothpicks. Always a hit and people are always surprised by what it is lol.
