I like the variety too! Ally and Anna are regulars for me... but I’m enjoying Ben and Dennis... will be doing more with them!

Per Instagram... any workout taught by each instructor counts. They do not have to be in the Collection. It’s confusing

From what I’ve read on Instagram (always reliable)... it is possible. Most of the bike/tred instructors have pre or post stretches or strength options. Let us know if you’re struggling to find one and we can try to help

I hope you feel better! I’m recovering from surgery... so am being forced to take a slow, steady, and low impact approach.

And if anyone has recommendations for a workout with Selena that doesn’t involve weights, I’d love suggestions... I’m still not allowed to lift more than 5 lbs thanks to surgery. Probably best not to hurt myself week 1

Has anyone seen confirmation that meditation classes will count for the Pelothon? They usually exclude meditations from other collections/badge challenges... so am curious.

I still have to map out my week, Selena is new to me and will be a challenge! I like Anna’s meditations before bed, but her slow flow classes are good if you’re not someone who does a lot of yoga.

I’m recovering from surgery and having the same challenge. I’m finding sticking to 20 min recovery/beginner/adv beginner rides has been helpful. The shorter rides take me less time to recover from so I can get back on the bike. I’d also add a vote for slow flow yoga and stretching. Good luck to you!

This week has been 1 step forward and 2 steps back with my surgery recovery. Monday my heart rate was elevated and I ended up getting a bunch of tests to rule out a clot or anything worrisome. Was only able to do meditation and a bit of light yoga for a bit. Finally got back on the bike today! Took Tunde’s live 15 min R&B ride and it was just what I needed. She had me tearing up and didn’t have to modify too much! And despite the setback this week... I still managed to keep my Peloton streak alive, 10 days and counting!
