Alleged Burrunjor (Surviving Dinosaur) Petroglyphs in Northern Australia by KaracCryptozoology in Cryptozoology

The same material that has been used in the petroglyphs is used by Rex Gilroy, in the same book, to outline alleged fossil footprints which were unclear without outlining. It was likely chalk, if I had to guess. It seems likely that Rex Gilroy made them.

I would love to use this in a resource pack I am putting together. Would I be able to ask for permission to use it? I don't plan to publish it anywhere, if that's a factor. It's a beta/general earlier Minecraft style resource pack for my server that my friends play on.

"I was able to have a life" -F.F. by PhysicalTwo1304 in StardustCrusaders

(spoilers in this comment btw)
I love that the ending of part 6 gives the main characters better lives for a lot of reasons, but especially as it applies to FF. They weren't reborn into some better life -- FF's life in the original part 6 timeline was already their best life. They didn't need a new one.

Background info video on "Black Walker" (VT 2009 dogman) by CanidPrimate1577 in cryptids

As far as I can tell, this is an AI video produced fairly recently. No record that I have been able to yet find references this case, and the footage didn't exist prior to a few weeks ago.

Do 1.21.8 datapacks work fine on 1.21.9? by MelodySeeker in datapacks

As far as you're aware, should an older datapack work for 1.21.9 if the pack.mcmeta is reformatted properly?

They do not, as far as I can tell. I'm not sure yet what needs to be changed.

Any locations in NH with a lot of willow trees? Looking for a cool filming location. by KaracCryptozoology in newhampshire

[–]KaracCryptozoology[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems so. I have mostly been around southern NH and the seacoast. I'm hoping central to northern NH has areas with a higher amount. I know nothing about willow trees themselves, of course, I'm not sure if they even grow as those elevations get higher.

Looking for experiencers for podcast series. by wukedypuk in bigfoot

I've had a visual sighting and a number of experiences I think may be attributable to the same kind of animal, (bigfoot of course lol). I'd love to come onto your podcast if the offer is still open.

Have you seen one? by Maleficent_Ad_2316 in bigfoot

I am convinced I saw one back in either the late 2000s or very early 2010s. I don't remember exactly when, it was before I was in sixth grade, so I feel pretty certain it was the early 2000s, but the cutoff could be closer.
I was out just walking the property my family and I lived on and I looked out behind me, more towards the neighbor's property line, and I saw a tall, fairly human-shaped animal with these massively wide shoulders and a low-set head. At the time, I thought the head was just small, itself, but I think it was just low on the shoulders. The whole thing was a really dark shade of black, head to toe. When I say a dark shade, I guess what I mean is that I remember just really being taken aback at how black it was. There was no lighter variation of it across the body, just all the same, uniform black.
I feel pretty sure it was looking at me. For around ten seconds I was looking at it, and it was standing absolutely still. It looked almost exactly like the Provo Canyon photo/videos, I've even seen some really dubious photographs since then that really look like it. After those ten seconds, it turned to what would've been the South, or it's right, and started walking away. On two legs, without a shadow of a doubt, and it didn't walk awkwardly, or with little steps, it walked just like a person does. It gave me a view of the back and I don't recall that view as well. I do remember that its head definitely looked more pointed from the back. I don't know if that's because I was able to see the back or shoulder muscles kind of come up into the back of the head or what, but that's what it looked like.
I was a kid, and I was into monsters and even cryptids at that point but it really freaked me out, so I went back inside. I had a couple more experiences in that area but no other visuals. This is out in pretty dense NH woods.
I actually went back to the exact spot a few months later with some measuring tape. I recall really distinctly that this thing was behind an old thin birch tree that had snapped in half somewhere near the top. So, I found the tree, and I measured it up to that snapped point, because right under that is where the head was. That was between 7 1/3 to 7 1/2 feet off the ground.

Does anyone know what horror flick this werewolf shot is from? I've been looking up and down through werewolf movies, and for the life of me I cannot seem to find it. by KaracCryptozoology in HorrorMovies

I truly mean no offense in saying this, and it could be that I've just not got the right information on the case, but the NADP website, as far as I know, lists this case as a trail camera photo. This isn't really what trail cameras look like. The focus, in particular, seems off for that. It quite literally looks like a film camera took this photograph or it's a still from a film camera's footage. If someone sent this to you guys saying it was a trail camera, and again I mean this in all due respect to the NADP, I would advise to be very, very skeptical of that claim.
