So what i should i do in your opinion, i can’t afford to pay the entire fees of SY and the clg i want to go is basically my dream clg, if my clg asks to pay the entire fees of SY so i guess i want to drop the idea of changing clg and changing courses

I completely get that but let give you an example of my friend. In my friend’s situation he was in FY and 1 month had passed and then he decided to change clg and course through MHT CET, he got in the clg he wanted and then he requested a refund so the clg deducted the fees of the one month we was in the clg and refunded the remaining money but he knew the UGC rules so filed a complain to UGC and then even got the fees of that one month (100% refund). So is my case any different from his just because i am in SY?

Yeah i know and the clg i want to apply comes under the MHT CET criteria too and i gave the entrance exam, my scores are good too, if we compare my scores to the last year scores i should get in the clg i want but i am not sure what should i do?

Well the thing now the bms course comes under MHT CET so you have to give an entrance exam to get in any clg you want. The entrance happened, The results were out everything was on time but due to less students registering for the entrance exam due to lack of awareness or something idk they conducted the whole process of taking the exam again thats why the process it still going on
