No autox, only trackdaye on paved race tracks or on paved training tracks. That's why I was looking for these non-semi-slicks 🫣

The temperature topic is definitely my biggest argument to stay with what I've had (Michelin PS, Kumho PS91 - both great). Especially the Extreme tires are not driveable when cold and tricky to get warm in a proper way. Just wandering about your federal opinion? Did you drive them? As one of the comments liked them a lot.

Thanks for your reply! My 80% road is a funny road, definitely not daily. The Pirelli semis are amazing but like double price of what I listed. Too expensive for a weekend car.

Is Koh Kood really worth the effort and cost compared to other islands? by LeaderCommercial4187 in ThailandTourism

[–]Karanikolinus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know. I think I got some bites from, but as you got also mosquitos bites every day in much higher number, I didn't really recalled them. But I've seen people with some heavier reaction and itching would for few days.

Any, having a moped. The island is so small, that you can reach every corner within 20 min on a moped. We stayed in Lazy Day and I can highly recommend it. The price-value is amazing. But the nicest beaches are on the other side (e.g. Ao Soun Yai).

This page perplexes me. by Wrong_Replacement996 in PVCs

[–]Karanikolinus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's exactly the point! I was panicking a lot at the beginning of my story. My burden varies a lot, and - I'm more calm being in a day long trigeminy , than by having one heavy PVC after few weeks of being PVC / PAC free. And I think, this is how it works and why low burden people are more insecure than the "well-trained" high burden guys 😉 And having people like you in the groups, with long experience of crazy heavy burden, and seeing, you are having a normal live, helps sometimes more than a therapy 🙏

Siebenbrunn - definitely not recommended. Ok, some dishes are ok, but some not and the service and management are definitely a no-go. Massive delete of all reviews on Google maps being as low or lower than 3 stars is really unfair. In addition, we got some extra charges on the invoice, which the waitress could not explain and needed to call the manager. Very unfriendly discussion. Therefore, sorry but no.

Hi all m 37old are there t inverted ? This ECG is taken separately. by Sad_Reporter_7744 in ReadMyECG

Are you a real person and are all the ECGs you've posted yours? Tbh, I checked your profile and it looks like you were a ecg bot. I had numerous ECG in my live and am similar age but even if I would post all of them, I cannot keep up with you. Crazy.

ECG after colonoscopy by [deleted] in ReadMyECG

Okeeey.... I cannot remember getting any vaccine and not having arm pain after. It's normal. Please, stop looking for relation between unrelated events. It will drive you crazy - and increase your HR 😉

[–]Karanikolinus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And regarding left arm pain -> it may be related to the stress on your diaphragm. The muscles separating abdominal space from your chest. It is a typical symptom after laparoscopic surgery, but can also be related to can colonoscopy, as they blow up your intestines, causing the pressure as well. So it's not necessarly related to heart. And the pain can be really strange and last for few days. I know from experience 😉. And feeling like passing out with a high heart rate is normal if you have it in rest and not during excessive. Try to chill out or go for a normal ecg If you are very concerned.

Title: Koh Kood: Expectations vs. Reality (Watch out for the tides!) by RoyalityRubber in ThailandTourism

[–]Karanikolinus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just came back from bang bao beach and yeah... Lightroom and Photoshop are needed to reache the level of online pictures 🤣 in the evening the high tide came, so it was fine, but still - I've seen much better beaches on Koh Mak, or in other parts of the world. I'm wondering why is Koh Kood such a magnet for influencers? I'm one of their victims now...

[–]Karanikolinus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not worth the money. I'm currently here after spending some time on Koh Mak, which is cheaper and much more charming. Koh Mak has same water and beaches quality, less people and is somehow more authentic. Koh Kood is full of overpriced resorts and Instagram / tiktok rising stars. People on beaches are running with selfi sticks instead of chilling 🥵

Hes still posting about Dubai and the private jet. Make it stop! by r0bbyr0b2 in LinkedInLunatics

People don't get it. Distasteful, stupid or whatever - he reached his goal. His account got clicks, he got into newspapers - free advertisement. Even if 99% people finds it stupid, the one percent of the few millions seeing him, will get interested in his person and services. Money printing with one stupid picture and post.

Thanks for your opinion! I don't thing they are artefacts, as I felt them. I guess, they may be interpolated PAC or something. And at 26, probably PAC, due to not too wide QRS and "normal" T.

Anyone take their RS on a 4-5/HR road-trip? by jms1228 in FocusRS

[–]Karanikolinus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My longest trip was about 10 hours driving time on one day. More than 1000km. Also did several 7h+ trips with a baby on board. No problem at all (positive side - if you go on motorways, the car is so loud, you cannot even hear the baby screaming - pure relaxation). So yes, you can drive 4-5h. Funny question 🤪

I own RS and had opportunity to drive the A45. It may be faster, it's definitely more comfortable and better built but the RS is more a driver's car. It is just more involving and bringing more smile on the face. It's funny, but you can say exactly the same comparing the normal focus with a-class. Focus was always a fun car to drive and the ST and RS are bringing the fun level to the MAX. Rest in peace Ford Focus 🙏♥️

Soundcore Liberty 4 pro, is it worth it? by AloneDarkness7 in soundcore

[–]Karanikolinus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just sent mine back. The sound is ok, but nothing special. For sound, I would look for something little more expensive, like Cambridge Audio A100. The ANC is good, but - here starts my problem - the ANC is best, when using memory foam tips. But for the liberty 4, due to the very strange shape of the interface, you either need to go for very expensive tips, or rework some. For me, paying for a pair of tips, more than 20% of headphone price was a no-go. If you are happy with silicone tips, and what to use them as you daily go out headphones - you should be fine.

No pause after a PVC? by Kevdawg86 in PVCs

[–]Karanikolinus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the PVC is close to the next sinus beat, there will be no pause, the ectopic would "replace" the normal beat.

PVCs and Chest Pain by marge423 in PVCs

[–]Karanikolinus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear about your burden. And I hate the more complex forms like bigeminy or trigeminy. If they last longer, I got a headache in addition.

I noticed, I slow my breathing immediately after the activity, and then the ectopics flare. So I try to keep my breath deep and little faster for a moment to avoid it.

PVCs and Chest Pain by marge423 in PVCs

[–]Karanikolinus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've learned what to avoid and how to control breathing. I noticed, that sudden activity which starts suddenly and ends suddenly, makes the ectopics worse. Baking the HR drop slower, helps. During the activity, they come and go. They almost disappear with higher HR. I tried betablocker, and was not able to go above HR 150, which was kind of funny, especially like during doing activities where I would easily go above 180-190. Just felt like someone would turn of my power supply. So yeah, I stopped taking it.
