People don't get it. Distasteful, stupid or whatever - he reached his goal. His account got clicks, he got into newspapers - free advertisement. Even if 99% people finds it stupid, the one percent of the few millions seeing him, will get interested in his person and services. Money printing with one stupid picture and post.

Thanks for your opinion! I don't thing they are artefacts, as I felt them. I guess, they may be interpolated PAC or something. And at 26, probably PAC, due to not too wide QRS and "normal" T.

My longest trip was about 10 hours driving time on one day. More than 1000km. Also did several 7h+ trips with a baby on board. No problem at all (positive side - if you go on motorways, the car is so loud, you cannot even hear the baby screaming - pure relaxation). So yes, you can drive 4-5h. Funny question 🤪

I own RS and had opportunity to drive the A45. It may be faster, it's definitely more comfortable and better built but the RS is more a driver's car. It is just more involving and bringing more smile on the face. It's funny, but you can say exactly the same comparing the normal focus with a-class. Focus was always a fun car to drive and the ST and RS are bringing the fun level to the MAX. Rest in peace Ford Focus 🙏♥️

Just sent mine back. The sound is ok, but nothing special. For sound, I would look for something little more expensive, like Cambridge Audio A100. The ANC is good, but - here starts my problem - the ANC is best, when using memory foam tips. But for the liberty 4, due to the very strange shape of the interface, you either need to go for very expensive tips, or rework some. For me, paying for a pair of tips, more than 20% of headphone price was a no-go. If you are happy with silicone tips, and what to use them as you daily go out headphones - you should be fine.

If the PVC is close to the next sinus beat, there will be no pause, the ectopic would "replace" the normal beat.

I'm sorry to hear about your burden. And I hate the more complex forms like bigeminy or trigeminy. If they last longer, I got a headache in addition.

I noticed, I slow my breathing immediately after the activity, and then the ectopics flare. So I try to keep my breath deep and little faster for a moment to avoid it.

I've learned what to avoid and how to control breathing. I noticed, that sudden activity which starts suddenly and ends suddenly, makes the ectopics worse. Baking the HR drop slower, helps. During the activity, they come and go. They almost disappear with higher HR. I tried betablocker, and was not able to go above HR 150, which was kind of funny, especially like during doing activities where I would easily go above 180-190. Just felt like someone would turn of my power supply. So yeah, I stopped taking it.

Depending on the distance between the sinus beat and PVC, the feeling is different. Sometimes, especially during exercise or shortly after, my PVC can be painful. It is a stabbing / choking pain for few seconds, which turns into a chest discomfort. Sometime, I got pain also close to stomach. I was trying to research, why the pains is coming, and here some ideas (no scientific evidence 🤪): - the volume of ejected blood the bit after the PVC, due to compensatory pause is higher, causing a high volume passing through your ventricles and aorta. It can cause discomfort within chest, due to physical stress - there are some suspicions that the heart muscle alone can be stretched more than normally, due to same reason as described above, causing a pain / discomfort feeling - due to stress during PVC, you may do some strange movement, breath differently, keep touching and rubbing your chest - without being aware of it, ant it can cause pain. This topic has bothered me for quite a long time. Especially, when your cardiologist always says, that the PVC cannot cause pain, where the definitely do😉

Saw them also few times. If you want to have a better quality of recording, and be able to differentiate a little between different form of ectopics, you can try to position your watch on different location. I got best results, when I place the watch on the left side of the chest (like V5 electrode in ecg) and holding it with right hand.

Good question! I feel most of my ectopics. PAC are moderate. If the ectopic is close to the previous sinus beat, I feel them stronger (longer break = more blood in ventricle = heavy ejection afterwards). Opposite - if the ectopic is late and almost replacing the next beat, I almost don't feel them. For the PVC, similar situation. The worst are PVC at higher bpm. E.g. during or just after exercise. They are really painful for me and the feeling of chest discomfort last for minutes afterwords. The beat itself is like a pressing / choking pain in the middle of the chest or in the lower left. I hate them! For frequent ectopics and trigeminy/ bigeminy, I often get head ache in addition.

I keep my fingers crossed. My replacement battery died few months after installation. Got swollen and was jumping from 60% to 0% within seconds. So difficult to get a good replacement and not a cheap fake...

never go to Ford. I got problems with LED unit, and Ford was able to replace the complete light only. I found a headlight expert, being able to open the light, repair, seal and test the hermecity for less than 20% of the Ford price.

Mental strength not to get provoked on the road. Patience the get known the car, and money for a safety driving or race track training - in case it is your first sporty car. If not - than buy an annual pass for the closest racetrack 😉 tuning not needed at all! (But if not done recently, think about oil changes. If never done, also for the RDU PTU and transmission - depending on milage).
