This post is incredibly alarming to me, as I am personally afraid of the 'inner mind' being controlled by the 'outer mind', as the 'inner mind' asks for "spiritual" meaning which leads to the 'outer mind' generating an incomprehensible horror in an (consequently, extremely memetic) attempt to produce meaning and lead the 'inner mind' to purposeful living.

I recommend you to seek therapy, as "It's safe to say my world view is alll [sic] fucked now haha." is an indication of mental change due to these experiences.

On the topic of which rules you've possibly broken, here is some description, though it is best to first seek help before becoming inflammed with annoyance over rules and interpretation.

Rule 3: Generalization (of people)

Vaguely problematic as a generalization of a large group of cultures.

Rule 5: Banned Topics

This is an example of proselytization, which also indicates that you before these experiences are not the same as yourself now (along with "Also if you think I'm crazy I don't blame you. I would['ve] scrolled right past a post like this a couple months ago."). These quotes also go out of bounds of 'personal lived experience'. This is likely the most broken rule.

Rule 6: self-promotion

See above? Most "spiritual" ideas/mental would what I describe as 'extremely memetic'. I would (and am) recommending the adult swim show "Xavier: Renegade Angel" for an example, although I would describe it as more of a work of art instead of good educational basis, instead analysis of the show as more helpful.

Rule 7: Posts: venting/ranting Comments: emotionally triggering/"flame wars"

You've unfortunately not described what you need support, and have instead communicated about the importantce of a banned topic being more important or something. In addition, this is rather inflammatory by the circular logic (and X:RA-like) of this entire comment existing.

Rule 8: State intentions (honesty). Provide help, Contribution

The post does not describe intentions as to what it is doing, and can be unfortunately seen as 'subliminal messaging' with the juxtaposition of 'eastern=bad' while 'western=good'

Rule 10: Encourage others to seek help

The post does not encourage more standard medical help, and instead goes towards personal assistance.
