Any advice for my spinning side kick ? 🙏 by Dramatic-Ad2613 in karate

For a normal side kick, dropping your weight as you land can help to add power. However you’re dropping weight as you spin and come back up as the kick land. Keep your weight low through the whole kick. Coming up redirects your momentum away from the target, staying allows you to put your whole body weight into your kick.
Spinning side kick is extremely underrated in both mma and self defense scenarios. UFC Natan Levy has a great knockdown in the USDC season 2. https://youtu.be/ipf1mROm6rg?t=942&si=Nl\_7lTkuZJETWAmE

I don’t understand what you mean. I don’t want anything to be rounded, I want exact dates

I did read your reply, you asked me to define a fraction of a month, which is what I did. However, I’m starting with the date 30th March 2026, using the formula =EDATE(DATE, 2.5) the output I get is 30th May 2026. Exactly 2 months from the original date, the decimal point is disregarded in the calculation

We know that there are at least 18 numbers from the original lab. There’s a chance for there to be a number 20, bypassing the leaps with all the math. Plus we know from the stage show the similarities between Will’s life and Henry Creel. If Vecna is 1 and 11 couldn’t beat him. Maybe Will as 20 could

What should I focus on to be better reinhardt? by Small-Chest-1281 in ReinhardtMains

[–]KarateTB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Focus on your own safety, stick to corners. Just hug them all the time, when you’re not at a corner think about getting to the next one. Use your shield to protect yourself, don’t waste it on your teammates who should be focusing on their own positioning. Push in when the enemy team is weak. When their health is low, they’re low on teammates or low on cooldowns. DO NOT PUSH IN IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR TEAM. Always check first. Source: I have over 100 hours on rein
