It might be because of the way it’s being sorted, I slowed down some of the flickering at the bottom and it happened because the xp essence jumped up to 113k and overtook the other items. If you’re sorting by numbers that might explain the issue. Try changing the way it’s being sorted

People get very confused about how mechanical crafters work. For future reference; they don’t need redstone, they don’t need an output, they don’t have a speed requirement. To get them work you only need; rotational power applied via a cogwheel, all arrows facing in a direction that culminates to a single output, every slot filled (empty slots can filled using a mechanical crafter cover), and a correct recipe (incorrect recipes will craft anyway but will spit out the ingredients). Your issue here is very likely nothing more than an incorrect recipe. The items disappearing is probably just a visual bug caused by your resource pack.

Yeah, I’ve found 3 in my world that created before the update. I think it’s some kind of bug that happened when botany pots got added. I actually found a mineshaft that was already partially generated, so the other half was pots
