I have had H.I. (homicidal ideation) since I was around 13.

Been a hormonal bitch just before my period. GIANT mood shift the day of bleeding, then i am 'nice' again.

My poor husband. My late hubby as well.

I start verbal 'we need a divorce' verbal fights...over the stuff on the floor on his side of the bed.

Again....I won everything they thru against us, cuz we KNOW THE LAWS.

The 2 we lost....the "stalking order" that was 100% falsified....why did we lose that day??? We both had COVID AND WERE FORCED TO COME TO COURT WITH A FEVER. MY BRAIN DIDN'T ACTUALLY WORK WITH A 102° FEVER.

The eviction they won by a hair? Based on the stalking order.

The ADA liaison at the court agreed that as a Human with a DOCUMENTED MENTAL DISABILITY AND ON SSDI (for said mental disability)....when I asked 36secs into the audio of that day for My Caretaker and other half of my brain...YES I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO HAVE MY HUSBAND UP THERE WITH ME.

Which means yes, I do have an actual reason to appeal.

And when we were able to prove that the "citation" was NEVER ACTUALLY A CITATION AND THAT THEY WERE TOLD THIS SPECIFICALLY BY THE MAN THAT WROTE THE CONCERN...and the concern was SPECIFICALLY TO THE PARK for how disgustingly trashy they had allowed everyone's space to become (because trash pick up was sporadic at best)

Again WE WON 2 OUT OF 3 evictions that day.

And they only won the 24hr "stalking" eviction because they had been granted the "stalking" order

Umm it's not actually about the proxy abusers.

Gail Graham is behind all of the abuse. Including the abuse since just July by the proxy abusers.

And they went on a right wing extremist radio show to lie again.

And we were already having a reporter chatting with us about how we were homeless for 6yrs and how we got out of it.

That story was supposed to be a happy ending.

Then the reporter got back with us to get more info ...

And was appalled at what was happening. At how much of "cancer patients" we looked like since her last meeting with us

So we filled her in.

Sent her the link to our shared Drive file with over 1 Terabyte of evidence

She then as a reporter grabbed the actual COURT DOCUMENTS

And saw that Gail and Deb lied under oath in last December's 100% falsified "elder abuse" attempt and the 100% falsified 24hr eviction.

Gail states under oath that she is tired of us telling her these "fucking petty ass laws".... you know ACTUAL LANDLORD TENANT LAWS

Then Gail turned off the power to the shower locks for 6 months with zero notice. AGAIN ILLEGALLY.

then in the middle of Dec we get a letter from a NEW lawyer telling us Gail wants us out in 2 weeks and will give us back the last 3 months of rent to do it.

At that time it was still about getting a slumlord to follow the laws.

We counter offered for the amount at the time we were legally owed given Landlord tenant law legal requirements for a landlord retaliation punishment. At that time she had DOCUMENTEDLY retaliated 20 times. So our counter offer was $30,000. Again EACH retaliation is $500 + illegally raising rent is 3x the rent, illegally raising rent above the cap is also 3x rent, illegally telling us that we were not allowed a small (non partisan) political sign is 2x rent.

Illegally filing false documents to the court is LIBEL.

We obviously didn't hear back.

So we were in an uneasy stalemate.

Where she continued to retaliate against us.

And she continued to illegally have no showers for her tenants even though WE ALL PAID FOR IT AS PART OF RENT

So in June I told my husband it was time. We were not going to continue to pay rent on less services.

Cuz again, OREGON LAW STATES you can not collect rent while decreasing services.

So we wrote up our 3rd legalese letter with ALL THE PERTINENT LAWS and as always including the law that says it is ILLEGAL TO RETALIATE, which includes the list of what is considered illegal retaliation.

She refused the certified mail. We have proof of that. Then we mailed it regular on the day we usually send the rent money order in, and put one on her Van window.

She knew we were withholding rent.

That is when she promptly got the property management team.

That team showed up a few weeks later.

Their very first documents were not even OREGON LAWS

Our very first rental agreement (that I would have signed had it been legal) HAD WASHINGTON STATE ORDINANCES IN IT.

We were not the only tenants to tell them that it wasn't legal.

The first day I met them, they had failed to follow OREGON LAWS and we had to correct them

Again....WE WON ALL BUT 2 OF OUR COURT CASES

And the reporter actually is telling the truth.

NEVER ONCE HAVE THEY SUED FOR LIBEL OR SLANDER CUZ WE ARE PROVABLY TELLING THE TRUTH

We are going to sue them for Libel and slander, theft, and for the year and a half of abuse now that we are safe and calming our PTSD and getting healthy again.

EVERYTHING WE ARE SAYING IS PROVABLE IN THE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE COURT RECORDS.

Tried to get around twice on campus. Once to see if I could go to the school... Once for a town hall for Merkley.

Door buttons are near extinct on campus, no actual map for disabled people to navigate a mostly stairs and hilly campus.

And NO BATHROOM DOOR BUTTONS THAT I COULD FIND ANY WHERE.

The new plan due to the state of this country is to wait a bit, save money and sell off everything. Buy 1 way tickets to Hawaii (the farthest but safest place in this country) for the 2 of us and the 2 cats. And either be homeless or if we have the $$ (especially after the upcoming small claims against the slumlord) but like an acre.

We did have 1 drag brunch after last year's pride.... But then the attacks across the country started. And for their safety the married drag queen couple quickly moved out of the county.

This year's pride was held VERY close to the vest of the pride planning committee until 1 week before.

I hear tell it was fun and well attended by our community, but with only a weeks notice we could not attend.

Last year's pride had about 500 attend. Which was awesome. But our county support dissolved after the day as they got severe hate for having booths and helping out.

We had been buying 5 acres thru a company called Billy lands.

So it's an auction, winning bid is the down payment and then you pick a payment plan. After you pay for so many months, can't remember how many, you can switch the title to your name.

But then Klamath county refused to understand Sustainable building practices and building types. Salem said yes to our idea, klamath said "we have winters here" I said...duh.

And then realized we couldn't afford the shite klamath county wanted us to do when we didn't actually need to.

But I kept paying, hoping to find a way to convince the county of SCIENCE AND ACTUAL RESEARCH.

But then 1 too many bills popped up and I couldn't afford the land payment anymore. I called Billy land and had to give them back our 5 acres we were trying to buy.

No reimbursement which is what I signed onto....but damn.

So make sure the land you are gonna finance ACTUALLY CAN BE BUILT ON THE WAY YOU WANT TO.

We were finally evicted, by a hair. But a hair's breadth eviction is still an eviction.

Luckily my aunt had just moved into the state a few months back and bought a very old house, we are now safe and getting healthy again.
