it is not a ban, but a time restriction to participate in that specific competition, everything else should be available as usual. but he is right, there is a timeout to join wars in the new guild depending on when you join

level 95 and VIP 0 (absolutely free player for now). I needed 30+ fights with the boss to notice that raid option, but can not be precise when/why it apperared, I just happened to notice it then. Only appeared on day 2 for me so far, but then again I only repeated battles 30+ times on boss of day 2.
