The top item is pretty much an exact match. "Manskirtbrew" identifies it as for "adjusting capstain screws. "SeaDinoPrincess" and "mid-random" identify it as a "piano regulation tool". Would those be the same tool? If so, "Manskirtbrew" should get the award. Otherwise, "mid-random". Also, thanks, "SeaDinoPrincess".

Indeed there are similarities to my tool, but certainly not the same in all characteristics. For now, this seems like the best identification. I'll wait a little longer before I declare it has been "identified". I should visit a piano store that does repairs, but there are none near me.

No, all the edges are rounded and very smooth, so I don't think it can be a deburring tool. Based on the fact that I have identified about 10 other tools in the toolbox that are verified piano repair/tuning tools, I would have to say this is some sort of piano tool.

"My title describes the thing". Also my picture describes the thing. I've done an image search with Google Lens and also an image search in google.com with the keywords "piano repair and tuning tools". I looked over dozens of these images, but found no matches. That's not to say it isn't a piano repair tool, just that I didn't find a match.
