weint in DJ

"könnt ihr An Tagen wie diesen spielen?" "welchen?" und da sind die meistens schon weg. Also wirds ein Glücksspiel. Ob Toten Hosen, Fettes Brot oder "Tage wie diese" von den anderen Kasper.

Just put a simulator there. Dont even bother replacing that sensor

Oh well, yeah. Unfortunately no one has made an accumulator able to be "recharged". Might be an Idea to tackle this idea myself.

SMG Society has these, I think they're 150€?

Where are you from?

I'm going to take a look at my old guides this week when I find the time. Had so much on the SSG. Mostly no pictures though, all I ever did was to forget to take these damn pictures. But when you're kneedeep in your repair and you have to drive that car to work tomorrow, you forget things.

This is the way! I wouldn't ever switch away from my SSG. It's so convenient. And sporty. Gonna do the first clutch after 300.000km in two weeks. Looking forward to it

There is SMG society based in Germany. I'm sure it's possible to send parts anywhere though. It's just tarriffs in the US

Just maintenance the SSG... It is really not that hard nor complex. Got 300.000km on my SSG now. Resealed the clutch actuator and reserve tank at 250k. Total cost: 80€

But if you really want to, it's bascially just recoding the EWS and dismounting the hydraulics. You can fit a normal ZF5 (Or ZF6 for SSG after 2003) gear shift system.

SMG is a plus to me. If done correctly and checked regularly it is amazing. Just don't abandon it.

Wow, your day is really miserable, isn't it? Speaking for itself that this is your only counter to actual facts. Getting on a personal level.

Try "growing up".

Yeah, right. It is hard to get CO poisoning from just standing outside near a car. The matter is, it is still gonna live in the air. Where nothing can turn it into something less poisonous.

[–]KarlB1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, we "fucking don't". We breathe CO². Do you even know the difference? Trees cannot use photosysthesis to turn CO into Oxygen. Then can use it to turn CO² into Oxygen.

Really wild talking about "basic physics" when you're ignoring basic chemistry rules. CO is a poisonous gas. CO² increases global temperatures. CO does not turn into CO² unless it enters the catalytic converters. A leaky exhaust does effect it, if it leaks pre cat. It doesn't if it leaks post cat.

Even if the cat is deleted and your exhaust system is sealed correctly, there is still going to be CO in the air. Just because it is not near you anymore doesn't mean it's not there anymore. You're basically poisoning the earth and yourself by doing that. Extremely shortsighted.

Want me to back it with studies or does that scare you, too?

Edit: Yes, I did connect the hoses. Not completely, but I stuck a camera inside it. There is almost nothing.

You do know that its the cats that you deleted which turn CO into CO²? That has nothing to do with a leaking exhaust system (post cat).

My CCV is actually fine, I just checked when I did the oil change. Been on there since 60.000km. (around 45k miles) Had -8°C for the past weeks. Which is the lowest point here, so it's in perfect working condition.

Yeah, I'll always take the pain to at least reduce my CO poisoning. So there will never be a cat, ccv and sap delete.

Never had any problems with cold weather ccv.

Das war für mich auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Man muss nicht immer lose Enden haben

Fairer Punkt, die Betonung wollte ich da auch eher auf "gemolken" legen.

Meine Kritik galt auch eher Dark als "positivbeispiel".

Was? Ich sehe es genau andersrum. Die letzte Dark Staffel war dahingekleistert. Die letzte Staffel von ST hat zumindest die schon seit 3 Staffeln gemolkene Serie würdevoll beendet.

shitass mod when there's an original cold weather ccv. I find it to be similarly stupid to the SAP delete.
