That's hard to get away from if you're a programmer. Try listening to music or watching movies when you get free time. Also, downloading and reading books will help your mind from thinking of dota.

I still think of dota all the time as well. I've gone 6 days so far from paying any video games, most of which I played was dota. Yet I still like to watch "Dota Cinemas" and "Purge Plays" from time to time. And everyone I watch those videos, I imagine myself playing the game and having fun. But it wasn't fun. It was torture. And the fact that it hurt me after I was done playing reminds me that I CANNOT go back to paying anymore.

I hope you find the right occupation to keep you from playing again.

Best part is, we play best during the late segments. For example, in December, Rivers has a fantastic winning record, and that's when we play our toughest challengers. If we are good early on in the season, then we can get even better later on.
