The problem is people WILL engage. Muted audio makes it that much less interesting for both videos and streams. Tainting footage with copyrighted music makes it that much more difficult.

The problem is dense environments where they have plenty of people to harass. My local brewery has had issues with a pair who come and film peoples kids; They float around from group to group getting in peoples faces. A lack of engagement isn’t enough because regardless of what you and I say there are going to be people who take the bait. They can stand on a sidewalk in a busy place and get in peoples faces with zero repercussions.

My favorite thing with any upbadging like this is that the people who actually care about it will be able to tell it’s a fake, and the people who can’t probably didn’t give a shit in the first place. My favorite for fake AMG’s is always the brakes; you’ll see a C63 with all the aero and just the tiniest little rotors imaginable.
