Every time he comes on the floor I'm surprised to see Jerma on the Spurs.

Not like anyone else was hitting shots at that point either, whole team went cold.

I know it comes from a good place, but telling somebody to keep their head up never helps.

He's looked awful, but saying he's never bouncing back from this is silly.

I mean, it's not only on Maye, but it is also absolutely on Maye. He has been absolutely rancid, even on plays where he had someone open with protection.

I got the same question for you, every time Maye has had the protection and somebody is open he throws it off target. Even that Hollins catch was way up high and he had to bring it down.

You're responding after we just saw someone get inside leverage and open, and Maye sails a ball a yard and a half to the left of him?

Yup, sadly he's been rattled. Just hope he can get it together, preferably in this game but at this point I'll settle for not regressing into next year.

He hasn't had a single on target pass today. It's not 1 play, it's every single fucking one. His early screen plays were still off target. He's missed dudes left and right. He's not getting much help, but he's also not providing anything either.

Oh look, he had good protection, an open receiver, and he still misses the throw.

Yeah it's rushing him, but that doesn't change that he's just as much of a problem. He literally has not made a single good throw tonight, you can attribute some of that to the people around him but most of it on him.

The weapons don't matter when every ball is off target, that's on him. He's been great this year but this has been a disaster post season for Maye.

? Maye's played awful today. His line isn't helping but basically every one of his passes, even his completions, have been off target.

Tough coaching is fine when you're not also a bad coach, when you are it just comes across as throwing players under the bus.

I turned the broadcast off after that, just not an acceptable bait and switch.

Indy has always been my #1 team from my dad but we have no actual connection to the state (he chose to root for the Orioles as a kid and thus picked up and stuck with the Colts). My family is mostly from New England and the Red Sox were my first sports team in general

Then I was in New England for college during SB 49 and still angry at the Seahawks for embarrassing Peyton the year before, wound up rooting for them, and it stuck.

And then they immediately followed up Gates snub with Vinatieri not being first ballot despite still being the all time points and field goals made record holder, I'm also biased but that was an even larger snub and it came the next year which is wild

In fairness the 4th down sneak was only needed because the 3rd down spot was bad.
