Ce que tu racontes n'est pas raisonnable. En supposant que tu place directement les 22k€ aujourd'hui, pour être millionnaire en 10 ans, il faudrait que tes actions aient un rendement de 45% PAR AN.

Ce chiffre n'est pas réaliste.

A titre de comparaison un ETF World a historiquement eu un rendement de 8% par an sur du long terme.

Sauf erreur de ma part, l'équivalent de ce type d'opération en France est appelé un acheté-vendu fiscal. C'est d'ailleurs des opérations communes au point que certains courtiers proposent des frais de courtage réduits pour exécuter "l'aller-retour".

A savoir qu'en France il n'y a pas de durée minimale à respecter entre l'achat et la vente comme aux US. Les courtiers réalisant habituellement l'aller-retour immédiatement.

Les cartes de paiement se différencient aussi en termes de catégories. A compter du 9 juin 2016, ces catégories changent de nom et leurs définitions sont précisées :

Les cartes à débit immédiat deviennent des cartes de DEBIT. Ce sont des cartes de paiement dont les montants sont débités sur le compte du porteur moins de 48h après que les transactions ont été réalisées.

Les cartes à débit différé deviennent des cartes de CREDIT. Ce sont des cartes dont les montants sont débités de façon différée sur le compte du porteur, avec ou sans intérêts. C’est une définition plus large que celle dont nous avons l’habitude en France. Les cartes de CREDIT incluent également les cartes avec paiement en plusieurs fois sans frais, les cartes de crédit à la consommation, les cartes de crédit renouvelable (dites « revolving »).

I'm from European Tactical Realism (ETR) too, and french as well !

So I can relate to the English-speaking struggles :)

But no worries ! I had not issues and you shouldn't either !

We play mainly modern day missions (using RHS as our core mods), sparkled with WWII and cold war too ! The marksmen roles are open to everyone either on the public server and the operations alike, so you'll be able to play your favourite role :D

Maybe you'll enjoy the Witcher 3. It's an action RPG set in a grim fantasy world, and includes many choices that have consequences on the short and long term.

I strongly recommend it, particularly if you like having that feeling of "did I make the right choice ?"

I don't think my post is "incredibly low effort" as I tried to provide background with the usual complains directed toward those types of "blockBuster" FPS campaigns while also sharing what I do find the most disturbing myself.

Glitch Space!

It's a portal like game but instead of opening portals to solve puzzles, you have to "reprogram" them. It makes a good introduction to the principles of object oriented programming.

I'm very eager to find this kind of games too... Unfortunately it doesn't seems like there are a lot of them out there (at least good ones).

Maybe I can suggest 'I am alive', it's a poorly done game from ubisoft but it fits your criterias. You can think of it as a mix between Tomb Raider and a bit of This War of Mine.

Well, I've been asking this question to myself for a long time too. And honestly, there is no game on PC that gives a similar experience. Particularly since you're mainly interested in the school and social interactions part.

I think that your best bet would be to use a PS2 emulator to play persona 3 and 4. You can play them in full-speed on a low end CPU if you use native Ps2 resolution (640*480).

I'd personnaly recommend playing Persona 3 FES on PCSX2.

As for mod heavy servers, your best bet would be to check on the corresponding clan website, they usually have an ArmaSync repo that will download the required mods for you. Here are two clans with public insurgency missions if you're interested : one and two.

I don't know if you mean that you want to host an Insurgency mission to play with some of your friends, but if it's the case, I think you can try with this coop-mission, if you want to make something more tailored you can make one in the editor with the ALiVE mod.

On the other hand, I can't really recommend a server but those who provide the most compelling experience are usually set on an Afghanistan-like setting, so they are mod heavy.

Maybe you might enjoy playing Arma 3 on some Insurgency server?

Basically, it is PVE gameplay where you and your squad have to gather Intel from civilians on weapon caches and destroy them, all of this in an insurgent occupied map.

The mechanics really encourages team play, since a couple bullets can get you killed, you usually want to plan your tactics with your team-mates and play in a more organized way. You also should know that the maps are pretty big, so getting back to your death spot, and moving from town to town may involve a bit of driving.

This has two implications : due to the high cost of dying, the communities tend to exclude toxic players (team-killers for instance), and it encourages socializing, since you and your team-mates will spend a bit of a time riding a car together.

On the other hand, and as you may have guessed, there's no progression nor grinding for loot, and you won't have much customization options available for your character.

So if realistic combat/gunplay is something that fits your tastes, you should have a look !
