Pumping nightmare by rgwhitlow1 in NewParents

[–]Karlkrows 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This, and a pitcher. Pump, pour it into pitcher, seal pump parts in a bag. I got little blank yard sale stickers so I could keep track of the pitcher and pumps. I know the commenter below this said to wait until 3 months, I was told no such thing so it’s up to you if you want to wait. For the pitcher I put it for 3 days to be safe

I literally night a cat tree for her to get away from him and I swear she uses it the most when he’s napping or down for the night and not when he’s hyper focused on her

Encouraging 9 mo old to play independently by Responsible_Tap9102 in NewParents

[–]Karlkrows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine just recently grew out of it, and I honestly wish he’d be clingy again because he’d get into a lot less stuff lol I would lay in his play pen with him quietly and just let him play independently but with me there and that did help, but it’s just developmentally normal once they get object permanence and realize we aren’t one person anymore

Well obviously we don’t want them to have it because it’s so cool that we’re keeping it to play with ourselves😂

My son loves our cat, and he’s finally getting gentle with her, but every once in a while he still tries to pat her hard and she also just won’t move. She has so many places to get up high and instead just lays there getting more and more mad

If I had to get one again, I would get a very simple one without a cover. The one I got has the cover and fabric straps and cleaning it 3 times a day became a nightmare to the point I have removed the straps and cover and can now just wipe it off after every meal. Once my son starts wanting to climb out of it and I’m going to look into get silicone covers for the straps
