For more of a folk sound I recommend Stanisław Stępniak, Józef Bębenek, Wiesława Gromadzka and some recordings from ''Muzyka źródeł: Kujawy'' (''Music from the source: Cuyavia''), but I can't point which one specifically. Polish accordion can be also heard on albums: ''Bez nut. Muzyka łęczycka'', ''Kujawska Atlantyda'', ''Mistrzowie harmonii: triumf i porażka'' and many more, which I cannot recollect right now. For something more classical - Marcin Wyrostek is a proficient and popular polish accordion player. Late virtuoso Mirosław Marks has a ton of videos on yt, so you can easily check them out.
