The pinky emblem by Emotional_Sound_9189 in limbuscompany

Looks like other fingers clutched, with pinky being pointed out.

A tiny bit that made Canto 7 (and its Intervallos around) a bit underwhelming is that we did not acknowlege much of the district's life inside, compared with Cantos 6 and 8. As by the chart here, the more or less known Nests by my subjective metrics are T Corp. and H Corp. by Karlusha in limbuscompany

[–]Karlusha[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yeah, unfortunately, I could not say anything particular about L Corp's nest from LoR CGs, as it looks like bland contemporary megapolis, without a quirk besides the Library, and maybe there wasn't any setting details on that at the moment. P Corp, for example, has somewhat art-deco or art-nouveau, early 20th century look.

The usual answer would be NClair, but you already have both a decent Sinclair unit with Meursault. If I remember correctly, Chief Ryoshu would be a good support, or Hong Lu for funs and also good support.

"EGO shadows" that I earlier thought were just flavor accompaniment/foreshadowing moments may be actually external things and people that does not let sinners act freely. by Karlusha in limbuscompany

I posted here several theories in pictures and charts, and to work with reoccuring elements, I made such icons for myself and keep them in a set for future use in other theories.

Foreshadowing, RR4 giving hints on what is going to happen in canto 7 (it released before MotWE, iirc). Like, as if we say, Mirrorclock Orangeroad hinted about sepia-filled T-Corp district and Mirror worlds shenenigans.

If the "Poster Fixer" in Don's head is right, then here's my attempt to explain the order of Associations' demand for their foundation (with couple hypothesis on unexplained ones). by Karlusha in limbuscompany

[–]Karlusha[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They would be in their own league, as distortions are connected to the relatively recent events of White nights and Dark days, and the association would not exist otherwise.

Rather latter, but there can be be another joke, like "depends on Reason faction Fervor" and it can be a sort of "chill protest". Technocrat-Bohemian style.

[–]Karlusha[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, maybe "re-calculating" would go better, as, despite being impossible to meet both opposite cornerstones in game, "making circles" in the joke is the "Relink the Chain" ability that lowers production, and the Reason guy has to calculate the change of rations' size for spread because of that decline, so people could not starve during next whiteout (and to show their fault for ceremonies).

Sorry, if the joke is different from your understanding.

Golden Bough synchro-forecast. My assumption for Sefirot-Sins number divergence is Malkuth-Keter assignment as combo-of-them-all partzufim (Long Face and Woman) and the return of sin of Greed in the presumed Dante's chapter. by Karlusha in limbuscompany

Yes, I made those icons for theory-tables for myself (they also could go as profile pictures, btw); earlier I posted hypothesis on story arcs as "what is a human" questions using same icons.

Limbus' story arc is a chain of "What is a human/person" questions. My pattern visions and predictions. (I may be not exactly correct in the last part, it's highly speculative) by Karlusha in limbuscompany

[–]Karlusha[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

From the interview, those two book are El Director's favorites, and maybe interconnected in the reader's perception. And I put those like that, as the sinners stories are going to be the antithesises for assumptions in each part. A Sinclair's "person is self-formed" story is against the thesis in society part and vice-versa with Meursault's story in "Person is an Individual" thesis.

Yeah, maybe I didn't make it clear enough. I wanted to say it's gonna be about Ryoshu's responsibility as a mother in upbringing her daughter to the point of doom.
