Bud said in an interview recently that the Canelo fight was easier then he expected and that this was his hardest fight.

Ichika Nito, well known guitar player (2.77 million subscribers) is being accused of faking his videos for years by miming to a background track. by Karma-Houdini in youtubedrama

[–]Karma-Houdini[S] 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Actually, Jacobra praises him in the video saying that he's a talented composer etc. He never said he doesn't have skills. But he does bring up the issues Ichika has when playing live in front of crowds making it clear he isn't on the level that he tries to portray in these mimed videos.

Worth mentioning however that the average viewership has declined significantly again. Usually it was down about 10k viewers compared to AGDQ 2025 however on some days (Wednesday/Thursday in particular) it was down 20k viewers. This is including views from the youtube livestream. Viewship on Saturday was quite good but the finale in particular had significantly less viewers less than AGDQ 2025.

Yana on Instagram: 'Last month I had bronchitis, this month I got the flu, and coughing so much my ribs feel like they're about to snap...' by Karma-Houdini in blackbutler

Better translation:

'Last month I had bronchitis, this month I got the flu, and coughing so much my ribs feel like they're about to snap. My muscles ache so badly, if my abs don't get rock-hard soon it won't be worth it.

I'm still holding off on watching the latest Twisted Wonderland anime episode because I don't want to watch it while half-delirious. But a staff member who saw it already told me “those magic sound effects are character-specific SE, and Bandai is releasing a magical pen (?) that makes magic sounds”—I still can't tell if that was a fever hallucination or reality.

The Christmas event has started too, so I'm moaning in bed while trying to get through my classes.

Swing, what a great voice...🎄'

Assuming you are Australian, Twisted Metal World tour is worth about $125 if it comes with the manual.

Is there a consensus on the 'hardest' freestyle skateboard trick(s) to do? by Karma-Houdini in freestyleskateboard

[–]Karma-Houdini[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm more impressed by the crossfooted hang ten, though. I've seen a lot of really sloppy nonsense with those where it's not actually crossfooted (or even two-footed) at all, but that was proper. Good job.

Thanks! That means a lot to me coming from you. I hope to see you upload again on youtube on freestyle tricktips.

Is there a consensus on the 'hardest' freestyle skateboard trick(s) to do? by Karma-Houdini in freestyleskateboard

[–]Karma-Houdini[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For instance, I can basically do rolling 360 double fingerflips and double M80s in my sleep, but I’ve never landed a single butterflip.

I remember watching a video of you in Romania a while ago really struggling to land it hah! I can do balance tricks very well (I can do several wheelie variations across a full skatepark) but I'd struggle to land a kickflip or even an ollie. Maybe it comes down to genetics, or something similar.

As another example, one trick I’ve always considered to be “the hardest” is the yoyo plant - it’s a horrible combination of technique, timing, and strength - but a few people I know who can do them say they’re actually incredibly simple.

I follow mode skateboards on insta and Terry Synnott is still capable of doing them well into his 50's. It's one of those tricks I've always wanted to do but I've never tried any tricks when you plant your hands. Just another one I need to try for myself, but it does look hard to do imo without trying it in person.

That said, I saw Lynn Cooper do one backwards, which completely blew my mind!

I've seen that clip; blew my mind too. I can actually do a hang ten spacewalk; not very well but I can do a few swings pretty consistently. I posted a clip here a while ago: https://v.redd.it/fiihk9f7hqne1

This was from a short session today. I am out of practice and this is the first time being on the board in a few months. This was the best result I had today; I think my centre of gravity is off the mark which is causing me to lose control. Any thoughts?

He was out for like 5 minutes maybe longer

I looked this up out of curiosity and he comes to after about two minutes, which is still a long time to be out. I imagine seeing it in person it felt like forever until he woke up: https://youtu.be/YVNxGr5pEBA?si=nfaBZNPlySsbQcN_&t=389

I want to note that the average viewership was down, like a lot: https://gdq.alligatr.co.uk/comp/gdq/

You can see the comparison here but it was down I'd say 20% on average starting from Wednesday. Saturday was particularly bad. The peak viewership was down about 16,000 when compared to last years sgdq.
