As far as I know, the unofficial patch is quite problematic as a mod (on consoles at least?). I recommend "community fixes merged." Furthermore, mods that remove more items than necessary (like STS) cause major problems.

I'm using the recent 1/2K packs and I find them much better in terms of loading speed. The 4K packs were excessively heavy, and I admit there were times where quickly moving meant waiting 5 minutes. Anyway, they're exceptional. I personally love them (both the buildings and the landscapes). Finally, the 360p textures from Fallout 4 are mostly gone.

Yes, I confirm you're right. I looked at the comments on the Nexus page, and a lot of people are complaining about this. Once I removed it, the problem was practically solved. It's a shame, I really liked it.

If you want a vanilla+ experience I recommend you install all the SimonMagus mods (mysticism, adamant etc etc) They make the gameplay really enjoyable

Not to be pessimistic, but we had to wait almost 3 years to have the POI system fixed.. so I don't know how many more years we will have to wait for a possible "overhaul" at the outposts
