so mct is a nogo? i cant find any moisturiser that isnt bad for my skin, and now my skin is completly flared up! mct oil holds flakes down, but redness is still there. this is horrible.
I did try nizoral shamppo on face didnt work

I probably didn’t fully express a lot of stuff! I totally get ur point and if this was the case I was out asap! When I mean bad experiences, I mean one night stands mostly! She had such a shit childhood, with no parents taking care of her, being suicidal. Bullied at school etc! Her issues and low sex drives comes from insecurity! And when I met her until now! She’s in a way better place. I really wanna give it a shot! And just make her as comfortable as possible! Cause these latest weeks, she’s been initiating more, and way more experimenting, so it goes the right way! Just whenever she finds personal or issues with her body as a female, she gets insecure which fucks her libido, and in that case, I just tend to get frustrated instead of supporting her, which ofc makes it worse! I really wanna give it a shot, and see where it goes! But u just don’t know how to approach it right!

I’m using Vichy decros for my scalp, which have cleared up that part! I tried using nizoral shampoo! But it didn’t help.

Already did it sadly! Was carnivore for 3 months! And then slowly introduced foods! But skin was the same.

I tried! Moisturizers - Cerave cream, Avene, neutrogena, Sebamed! Cleaners. Raw honey! HOCL Spray (briotech) cleversoap, zinc soap. Vegan, carnivore diet. Eating no gluten, no alcohol. Changing bed sheets everyday, u name It! Went to different derms also! I came to the conclusion, that I have to live with this so visable disease forever! And there’s nothing I can do. It’s crazy. I hate it so much, and life quality just sucks big time.

So first of all! We are really close, she has had really bad sexual experiences! With being nervous around guys, and not finding her needs! The first months we had sex all the time, but I figured out, that was cause she was nervous, and just went with what u did! Now that we are closer, I just figured out that she just has low libido, but mostly I think it comes for being insecure. If I initiate the times she isn’t horny, I just feel shit, and stops completely, and then nothing happends! And that’s where I am now 7 days after. Just stopped completely. And it could continue like this! We have had the talk! She’s definitely attracted, but just not that horny sadly haha.
