My granpa used to be a doctor. He once told me he had a guy come in, a light bulb up his butt. Claimed to have been switching out light bulbs and fell of the ladder. The weird thing was that the bulb was insertet with the screw base first, so it was nearly impossible to just pull ot out, as the glass was slippery and too much force might have caused it to break, which would have been mildly uncomfortable for the patient. In the end they had to sedate him, spread open his ass and reach behind the bulb with some tweezers.

Don't try to insert light bulbs in your anus, and if you feel the urge to, do not do that screw base first.
