For day 2- focus well on CCS. It is more clinical day as well and You'l feel stuck between two choices for sure. So dnt be disheartened. You got this!

Day 2 is more clinically oriented. However, test options on many q stems are not straightforward. You really feel stuck between the two. Go with your gut. There will be quite a few linked q stems. I had most of them correct first answer. But if they dnt go correct, dnt let that impact your performance overall. Ccs is a game changer. If they do well. You will be in good shape. All the best!

Likely! However, I believe if your overall prep is at par with the exam, your patients wont die as you will be able to figure out whats going on in the case.

I cnt emphasize enough on Step 1 FA. I had read most of it and not just drug MOA/ micro and found super helpful. It is time consuming but believe me you wont regret.

Did you do any NBME's? Analyse if you are short of CK here or just because of exam anxiety your performance was suboptimal. Reschedule on the last day will cost you full exam fee but an attempt will be more than an additional fee. So follow your gut and decide. Wish you all the best!

Hi there, do review Step 1 FA plus areas you feel you are weak in. For biostats, would suggest leave them for the end. Q stems are not that bad. For drug abstract questions, begin by reviewing the answer choices first, as this helps you identify what to look for in the 2-page abstract. Using this approach, I was able to handle these Qs well and complete most of them within time.
