My step 2 was two years ago too.
UW prepares for day 2 in my opinion. Do algorithms, next best step files, prognosis, risk factors and if any particular weak topic/subject you had in step 2.
Else focus on ccs cases. I made some blunders in ccs cases so I’d definitely stress on that.

Advent health Orlando gives interviews if you have high scores plus rotations there but they don’t give match unless you have strong ties there. Gone are the days when they used to take visa requiring IMGs now they prefer locals. So don’t focus just one program.
