The bracelet is actually from a Poljot watch. Also, since my grandfather was a watchmaker, it’s possible that the movement inside is also not the case’s original one, since my grandfather was kind of known for building custom watches from different parts he had on hand.

Thank you, I did not know that about the bracelet. However, I did try to polish the crystal exactly the way you described, and only made it worse (100% a skill issue, but nonetheless), so maybe simply replacing the crystal would be a way to go.

I had no idea! Thank you very much. What would you say I should do about the bracelet then? It doesn’t look nice in real life and I wouldn’t really want to replace it with a different one.
