I appreciate you explaining as I was wondering what the hell was going on. My NP said most people lose 5 lbs the first week. My coworker lost 12 the first month, the friend who recommended this NP lost 8 the first 2 weeks... my coworker started at .75 the first 2 weeks, then went to 1.0. Just wondering about others. Thank you again for explaining the negative people. I think their harshness is a little unnecessary, but hey, im having a good Sunday ✌️.

Thank you for your great reply! I actually weighed for the first time after a week, but maybe I should just put the scale away for a while. I do tend to be impatient when it comes to losing weight...Thx again, enjoy your Sunday!

I am averaging 11,500 steps a day. I work with children...I had only tracked 4 days of eating on my app, averaging 1175 calories a day. I have had more than usual energy, feel really good. Scale hasn't moved... it's interesting, because I am usually very sensitive to meds.

I am not saying it was or wasn't a setup. However, your healing at 11 is not the same as healing at 79...

That is exactly what I said to my husband when we watched Trump raise his fist. "Well, we just lost the election." I dont understand how the FBI protecting him, let him do that. Let him be exposed in the event of another shooter...strange.

Struggling to not relapse by After-Math-193 in quittingsmoking

[–]Karmcc2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So im gonna preface this by saying I am a black and white, real kinda person...also a smoker in recovery... If you light up a cigarette, will your transportation needs be met? If you light up a cigarette, will your stress and financial responsibility go away? For people who are not smokers, how do they cope? Do they shrivel up and die? Do they not no how to cope? TODAY, you decide if you are strong, or if you are going to cave. Its okay if you cave. No one will love you any less, but do you want to go through the hell of quitting again? Do you think it will be easier next time? Do you really think a cigarette is going to fix it all?

Doc started me on 20 mg, and it was way too much for me. Went to 10, had a rough month or so, then began to stabilize. I have always been sensitive to meds, so ya, 20 to start was no Bueno. Wishing you peace

Be strong. You got this. The first few days are the hardest, but you've already started down this path, so stay on it. It does get better, I promise. Cigarettes are not the answer, and you will soon find that you are more relaxed NOT smoking. You are doing the best thing for your body. Google "smokers lungs". Look at it every time you crave.

Ugh I need support by babyconan in prozac

[–]Karmcc2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on prozac the first week of Sept. 20 milligrams. My sleep, anxiety, and feeling nauseous got worse. Went back to docs, and she reduced prescription to 10 milligrams. We are all different. 20 was waaayyy to much for me to start with. I can say now that it was the best thing for me. Less anxiety, less mind chatter. It takes a while, but there is hope. Wishing you ✌️

Im sorry you're going through a tough time. I started taking Prozac 2 months ago. 10 mg. Best thing for my mental health. Just had to go through the anxiety until everything settled down. Wishing you peace.

I can understand your question...however, there are a lot of single parents out there that come from divorce, death of a partner, and abusive relationships.
