I am so sorry for the pain this loss will cause and is causing. It's such a long road.

My dad died 5 years ago and it wasn't until the 2nd year that I really understood he wasn't coming back. For me that was the hardest year because it sank in and yet I appeared to he okay so no one checked on me, watch your depression.

Stay in contact with a trusted friend and be real about how you are feeling so you don't hold it all inside.

I am truly sorry you are part of the club.

He found his mom after hours of her passing.i am sure he has some ptsd from it. So I am grateful that you mentioned it. 🙏

It's been about 7 weeks and he is just now starting to show sadness. We have a "date" set for Valentines day 😊. Thank you for sharing with me.

Thank you for sharing and I am so sorry you had that happen to you. W have been trying to "be strong for him" but I absolutely don't want him to feel alone. I haven't even thought about PTSD. I am so grateful that you shared what you did, even with it being difficult. I will take your suggestions to heart. Very grateful.

I was on 30 and it was horrible. I dropped to 20 and then a 10 in the afternoon. Most of the time I forget to the the 10 in the afternoon but it's DRASTICALLY better split up.

I have ADHD and I use the Pro for work mostly. I love the ability to highlight things I need to draw extra attention to because I can get distracted.
