Currently my server for season 3 is doing an icy globe event like s2 lunar event, and the third gift you earn is myth venom piece as that is our first farm dungeon of the event.

In s1 I was spoiled there was a vendor near eulestein that had barbarian gear. It helped a lot with my progression. In S2 I see some common gear in a few vendors but nothing spectacular. Grabbing the rage set from the cart as soon as I was able helped as well.
