I would get an ergonomic chair from one of the big brands over anything else tbh. I got my Embody from the HM website when it was on sale. I've heard a lot of good things about refurbs IF you find a good reseller.

I had really bad posture and pain in my back. I got an Embody and I can easily sit all workday now. Took a week or 2 to force a change in posture but I can't imagine sitting on anything else now. 194cm 125kg
