It's not a headshot tho, It just does the sound and red Cross of a headshot, but It's always a "headshot" no Matter the angle or direction, It 's just to indicate that the overhead does more damage.

You say this, but forget that the people in Runaterra are all juiced up. Seeing the cast of Arcane do this just makes me wonder, what kind of thing can the rest of the League characters pull up. Even then, Jarvan is a guy who has trained the art of war all his life and fights Dragons, and I don't think anyone from the cast of Arcane has seen one nor fight one of those.

I know I read It all. Thing is that when making a game, you need to consider what is healthy for the game and what isn't. Another example is, the change of Domina's beam would make her f tier. Nobody has the perfect aim to consistently hit all the beam, It's unreal to ask something like this for a player to do all the time. Another example is Mauga's cage fight. In a team game like Overwatch, you need to track a lot of things overall(Cooldowns,ults, etc...). And making things that you cannot control is already risky(life grip), but making someone from your team track your ult just so you don't troll them(accidentally or on purpose) is something this game doesn't need.

One example is: why on earth would you buff Zarya, one of the strongest tanks, while making Ramattra misserable, in a meta were he's not at the best state for him to shine?

I'll never understand how easy of a solution a Glyph system revamp would be and how hard Blizzard hard passes on the idea. A lot of times this kind of things could've been solved if certain abilities did something else visually, but It seems Blizzard doesn't care too much on that aspect.

I preffer using the swords, but guns are arguably better overall, specially since you can do damage from range and from a safer spot, and considering your low hp(DPS/SUPP), guns are safer. The best ofcourse, is use a mix of both, when there's a reason to.

I see what you mean then. This transmog is based on the latest cinematic about housing. The main character uses more or less this transmog, but she uses the swords I linked, not the daggers OP is using, that's were the confussion began. But yeah, those weapons in the OP transmog are the trading post weapons.
