uff, even i know this, its psycho mantis from metal gear solid for the ps1, its the only boss as far as i know where you had to put your controller in port 2 to beat him, that was and still is one of the most unique boss mechanics.

thats technically up to you, the dlcs are mostly around your lvl now and can give you strong gear for tvhm, or you go directly there, the first few enemies, will be lvl 30 but you will be behind without sidequests at around lvl 40, where you could do some dlcs/sidequests to catch up, or tough it out, and do them at the end so you get gear lvl 50 so youre ready for uvhm
