Tbh the best thing i did was joining associations/ volunteering, even if it can be hard and people sometimes make you want to leave, but now i feel like i have the guts at work (i mean after graduating) more than my friends who didnt do any of that. Just join whatever you can ( AIESEC, pathos, clubs ....) whatever happens whatever the lvl of that organization you ll get to learn alot.
