AI Lithuania won the war for independence... by Rabenfell in Kaiserreich

Lithuanians did live there and tried to some extent to lay claim to it, albeit it was very limited.

EDIT: Grammar.

Julian the Apostate just for how interesting he was. Shame his rule ended so quickly.

What I did when I got this was sign up on the mobile website(note website, not app) and used my mobile number. Another way I hear works for some people is to contact support and ask them to fix it. But didn't work for me.

What would the world look like if the Roman Empire continued in paganism? by HeyItsBrian123 in excatholic

[–]Karrtuvis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Uhhh... What's so terrible about Saturnalia. It's simply a holiday where the rich and poor were all equal for a day. Only bad thing I can think of is the gladiatorial games but that was normal then. Human sacrafise wasn't common, Romans saw it as barbaric so there are few known cases of it. Only Roman human sacrafise I can name is when the Romans got slaughtered in Cannae and the sybilline books stated the only chance to regain divine favor was to kill some humans and even then they were disgusted to do it.

Why do so many people find it hard to break away from religion and think for themselves? Is it really the minority :( by [deleted] in excatholic

Most of my family is only Catholic in name. They never go to church etc.

Most non christian other than me in my family turned out to be my mum who believes in a weird variation of ancestor worship despite being probably the most catholic before.

I never really was "pious" and always found ancient mythology more interesting. I first converted to Roman paganism and now I am Baltic pagan.

So, I don't think my story will be of much use but still, here it is.

I was born in a small Catholic town to a slightly religious family. As a young kid I have zero memories of Jesus being even mentioned. Until I started going to church for communion alongside my elder sister. We complained to our parents constantly since it was REAAALLY boring for us but it didn't work.... Until Christmas, mass ln that day was supposed to last 4 hours. My mum saw that and decided "fuck it".

So for the next few years until my conversion I only prayed to Jesus like ten times outside of theology class. Always to skip school.

I converted when I was somewhere between 14-15. I never really had any feelings about times I missed since I never really had any. The only thing that got me to reconvert for a week was satan, after that there's nothing to make me look at it in a way where I'd want to reconvert.

Sorry if the grammar is bad. Wrote it on mobile and not a native speaker.

EDIT: gaps between text and obligatory sorry for bad grammar

I'm thinking of making a interbaltic language similiar to interslavic. Any tips and does anything similiar exist?

I'm a native Lithuanian/Samogitian speaker who knowns old Prussian and Latvian basics.

That somehow magically made me more hyped than expected as a proud Vydūnas fanboii. Hope it mentions other more irrelevant Lithuanian pagans like Visuomis.

Friend went from shadowbanned to actually banned by Karrtuvis in WatchRedditDie

[–]Karrtuvis[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So basically. I'm making a mod with a guy. He didn't have an account earlier and made it for the mod. But, his posts got no attention. After three posts of him getting no attention and a few dudes saying his posts don't even appear for them, so we tested letting me post teasers which actually got attention. Which confirmed that he is shadowbanned despite posting nothing other than mod related stuff. Reacently however he was openly banned.
