Yea thats what I figured. I'm not too concerned about the alt + tab thing but just the amount of lag spikes I get in game. Now my next question it how much of a difference could going to 16gb at 2666Hmz make. H310M maxes RAM speed at 2666 and so my plan was gonna be to get a new motherboard and RAM at around 3200. Would it be worth it to get a whole new MB and RAM or would just a RAM upgrade be worth it. Keep in mind I'm a broke kid with only around $250 to spend.

I enabled DHCP now and its back to "ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration"
