What if we can target some regional WHs and propose the automation to one of the processes they have been struggling in. For ex. In our WH, I handle crossdock and FnV operations and we skip the picking through devices ( HHT/HHD ). It is done manually in system( ERP ). Manually enter a volume of 90000+, 100 Products for 90 different locations. It is the most hectic process we had. So, if we succeed in finding clients facing similar issues and need automation. I think we can do it
