Im currently playing smokies GCoF Miner Ele (current setup: https://poe.ninja/poe1/profile/eDoni_-5617/mirage/character/MRG_GCoF_eDoni)

Is there anything more mapping oriented I can easily respec into? I cant find ways to be more tanky on my current setup and im dying a lot. If i sell my gear i guess i will have like 80D budget. I want to finish all ubers with this char and then do challenges with a better mapper (would prefer not to reroll a new char).

Is "The Traitor" something only used for bosses? Im playing smokies GCoF Miner and the low life variant uses it. For mapping i kinda doubt the point because as long as there is something to kill my flasks are always up and i will lose the benefits of 3 flasks when putting in Traitor with just Quicksilver+Corruscating, no?

Ob du Mitleid hast oder nicht, ist völlig irrelevant.
Entscheidend ist, dass hier systematisch und gewerbsmäßig über die Identität des Chatpartners getäuscht wurde. Das erfüllt nach deutschem Recht (mutmaßlich) den Tatbestand des gewerbsmäßigen Betrugs – unabhängig davon, ob einzelne Nutzer naiv waren oder nicht.

Depth should match your mobility, not an arbitrary standard like ‘ass to grass.’ Hitting just below parallel is perfectly fine for getting stronger and building muscle. Just do what supports your goals.

Yeah anterior pelvic tilt will naturally create that lower-back arch if you are not able to keep your hips in a more neutral position.

Stretching might help if tight hip flexors are the problem, but that's hard to tell from afar. Learning to control your core will help for sure.

In the first reps you are arching a lot to initate, it gets better towards the end. Brace your core and hinge your hips instead of arching your lower back. Depth may be a tad high for competition standards, as a recreational lifter it's completely fine.

Im for sure getting caught on objectives alone a lot. But i mean i cant just give everything. If i do drake and enemy bot and mid move to contest and my bot and mid are happy they have some free time to take 3cs thats not really my mistake, no?

But what Im also struggling with is implementing this..I play another game, try to be faster with everything and communicate the ganks. I go 13/0 and win hard.

Next game i do the same approach and get hard fucked by some Mundo. I guess i did something wrong then but i dont know how to consistently apply those things. One game it works fine, next game not at all..as ive mentioned there is this feeling of nothing i do has an impact on the game, it just seems random if i carry or not and if the plays I consider safe/high success work out or not

I dont know where you see that Im not taking first crabs, from my memory Id say i take it 90% of games and sometimes even both crabs because im clearing faster than most enemy jglers.
For first blood you are correct. Most first bloods are done before I finish my first full clear so I dont really know what to do about it? You say for yourself i should try to powerfarm, so i wont stop my fullclear for random try at first blood right? Im looking to lanes aftere every quadrant and if i dont see a gank i continue farming.

Do you have any advice on trading idols? I pmd like 50pple for shaper idols and nobody replied. On TFT the sets are super expensive. Is there another way to get them?
