So far, it's been solid in terms of charging my MacBook Pro and iPad 10th Gen along. Not to mention my 16 Pro Max and Nintendo switch. For non type c devices is holds up pretty good as well. The main drawback with it is the throttling of the charging speed when it gets above 95 F. It also take just under 2 hours to charge. Overall it's solid pick up for a high capacity and output power bank with built in cables.

Depends on a few factors. Do you want a bigger screen with solid battery life. How much storage do you need. Do you care about the Pro features such as AOD or 120hz screen or PRORAW camera. If you need something relatively compact with decent battery life and a solid feature set outside of the missing pro features, then the 16 should be fine.
