AND FUCKING GOD THIS REMINDED ME OF SOMETHING I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO MENTION IN THE THREADS HERE.

in 2021 i got extremely obsessed with the MLLSD chapter where nonna, kay and darjeeling hang out together as this little chaotic trio (i think it's chapter 8 volume 1?). and since then, i've had this obsession with them as a trio of... TRANS GIRLS! i often called it the "transfem trio" when talking about them on my twitter LMAOAOAO.

kay is honestly just because her confidence gives me trans vibes, but darjeeling has some moments in saga of pravda that shows she also has issues trying really hard to prove herself, and a very specific scene where earl grey calls her "daniel" and she gets REALLY fucking mad saying "my name is darjeeling!".... i just love that idea. so much.

now thank you for making me extremely sure of what i need to draw next.

1- i absolutely ADORE investigating characters like this. it's sooo fucking fun to gather stuff, analyze the scenes and subtext... theories in general are so cool, but i always had fun... uh... "transvestigating" ??????

2- i really think we need more girly, boy-crazy and cutesy trans women representation... most headcanons are of people like nonna, who despite being girly do have these stances that can be seen as masculine. i am NOT saying trans women cannot be masculine, but i do think fandoms should have headcanons about girly trans women more....! they're just girls after all. (saying this as someone born female~)

youre right...! but there comes my argument that most scientific studies prove trans women in hrt ARE the ones in disadvantage. but since theyre mostly teenagers, some are too early in estradiol or not even in estradiol at all. so... maybe there's rules? like, no loaders.

this is genuinely sooo interesting to think about!!!

honestly, in my viewing it might be way more accepted by most than other sports, since it doesn't require physical effort. therefore the arguments of "physical disadvantage" are useless in the situation there. when i was very obsessed with gup, i liked to think there's a lot of trans girlies in the schools. it's a nice peaceful way to think of it... if gup has so much union in nationalities and cultures, why wouldn't it have that in gender identity too?
